  I usually give you baked desserts  recipes ,but today l thought l would try to bring you something a little different then usually .This one is supper easy and you will enjoy it just as just well.you can replace the Oreo cookies with just any regular chocolate cookies for a more subtle flavor . Ingredients 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream 2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream 2/3 Cup Milk 2/3 Cup Milk 8 Oreo Cookies 8 Oreo Cookies 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional Whipped Cream for serving Optional Whipped Cream for serving ( Optional)* Instructions Add the ice cream, milk and Oreo cookies to your blender. baking tools lesson 101- part two

 Here is part 2  baking tools lesson 101 , yey !🎉🎊 🎉. Without wasting time , let me take you through the  tools / apparatuses . The picture above shows lovely  measuring spoon written measurements  printed on  on them. You can have have in different variety and and sizes but they all have the same measurements .They are just basically used  to take minor measuring for ingredients. Above is a spatula .It is used to fold whipped eggs and ingredients into other ingredients in a bowl. Of course when u bake , you will need a something to hold pot cake pans and pots when you remove then from a stove/off.This  is what kitchen gloves are for. lastly ,we can't create recipes without using a bowl to mix in the ingredients . the type and size of your bowl to be used will be determined by the quantity and size of your desserts.   Chocolate  cupcakes with buttercream icing/frosting Ingredients, these chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting will be your new favorite. For best results, use natural cocoa powder and buttermilk. A Baking love affair

I have always had a love for baking  since childhood. It started off at the age of 10 when my my mom wanted a recipe book , but she couldn't really afford  to buy one at the time, so she asked me to create one hoe instead using a hardcover book and pasting baking recipes from old magazines my mom kept.  I was delighted at taking up the task and would enthusiastically collect and plug recipes in my book , you could say it was my favorite new hobby to keep me busy .As soon as my my recipe book was  completed, Meme and began to make cake from  and l soon  started loving  baking , the feeling a  sense  of accomplishment . However ,we stopped baking recipes later  a few years later , which saddened me to be honest ,but it just made  my love for baking dormant , it never faded away 😊 ... Fast-forward, a few years later , I got a chance to intern to at a local bakery which opened up my whole world about how l can  learn   ...

how to cover a cake with icing

Last time , l shared with you how to make icing.In today's blog ,  l will  take  you over to cover how cakes  icing to make them look pretty and sweet.🎂 Step 1: Trim the Cake A rotating turntable makes cake decorating much easier; if you don't have one, use a plate on an inverted bowl. Place one layer on an 8-inch cardboard round; place the round on the turntable, securing it with a dab of buttercream. With a long serrated knife, trim tops off both cake layers to make flat surfaces. Step 2: Spread Filling Using a small offset spatula, evenly cover the top of the first layer with 1 cup of buttercream. Spread the buttercream so it extends beyond the edges of the cake. Step 3: Crumb Coat Place the other cake layer, with the cut side down, on top of the buttercream; press gently to make it level. With the small spatula, spread the cake with 1 1/2 cups more of the buttercream icing , plus any oozing out from between the layers, creating a "crumb c...
